Spring Garden Project is a modern loft renovation in Philadelphia that blends industrial architecture with contemporary interior design. Featuring exposed brick, large steel-frame windows, and custom walnut millwork, the space maximizes natural light and open-concept living. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are thoughtfully designed with warm materials, clean lines, and integrated lighting to create a refined yet comfortable urban home. This project reflects Palomas' transatlantic approach, combining Philadelphia’s historic character with modern European minimalism to deliver timeless, functional design.
