Originally driven by water remediation needs, this basement renovation evolved into a comprehensive wellness retreat. The space was fully gutted and rebuilt, allowing for a complete rethinking of layout and use.
The design integrates a relaxed living area with a glass‑enclosed gym, progressing into a spa zone featuring a steam shower and sauna. Material selections prioritize durability while maintaining a hotel‑inspired calm, supporting daily use without sacrificing design integrity.
Natural flow between zones and access to an exterior hot tub reinforce the sense of retreat, transforming what was once a utilitarian basement into an immersive, restorative environment.
