Japanese - Sushi Bar

This sushi bar is an intimate dining destination located within a luxury beachfront resort in Costa Elena, Costa Rica. Drawing from subtle Japanese influences and the lush tropical setting, the space combines warm wood, natural textures, botanical motifs, and rich material contrasts to create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet inviting.

A dramatic suspended installation of translucent red volumes and cascading greenery becomes the centerpiece of the room, while handcrafted rope lighting and an illuminated botanical mural add warmth, texture, and depth. Olive green seating, black marble accents, and layered ambient lighting complete the setting, creating an immersive backdrop for an elevated sushi experience that transitions effortlessly into the evening.
